The La Joya ISD Payroll Department is dedicated to ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent compensation for all employees in accordance with district policies and legal requirements. Our mission is to uphold fairness, accountability, and efficiency in payroll operations while providing exceptional service and support to our staff.

  • Administering salaries, wages, stipends, and deductions with precision and integrity.

  • Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and district regulations regarding payroll and employee compensation.

  • Providing clear and accessible information on pay schedules, payroll deductions, and overtime compensation.

  • Ensuring employees receive their earnings promptly through secure payroll processing, including direct deposit services.

  • Offering support and guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries, deductions, and benefits.
