It is the mission of the La Joya ISD Public Information Office, to develop and maintain informational communication supportive of the district’s programs through various media within the school community, and with the external print and broadcast media, thereby creating a positive and supportive environment where all students can, and will, succeed.

La Joya ISD publications are available upon request in large print, on audio tape, or in Braille.

*Submission of media coverage does not guarantee media coverage. All submissions are requests and coverage will be determined on date, time, event impact and desired district goals and objectives.

How to Log In

If you are a parent or guardian with children in the district, follow these steps to set up your account:

  1. Locate the Invite: Find the ParentSquare invitation sent to your email or mobile number via text (The contact information associated with the student).

  2. Access the Link: Click or tap the link provided in the invitation.

  3. Set Up Password: Create a secure password for your new account.

  4. Verify Details: Confirm your contact information and verify that your children are correctly linked to your account.

If you are a district employee without children in the district, follow this quick setup:

  1. Go to Sign-In: Navigate to the main ParentSquare sign-in page.

  2. Choose Microsoft Sign-In: Click the "Sign in with Microsoft" button.

  3. Enter Credentials: Type in your official work/district email and password.

If you work for the district and have children attending school here, you will need to set up both profiles and link them together.

Step A: Access Your Staff Account

  1. Go to the ParentSquare sign-in page.

  2. Click "Sign in with Microsoft" and enter your work credentials.

Step B: Set Up Your Parent Account

  1. Find the ParentSquare invitation email or text sent to your personal contact method (The contact information associated with the student).

  2. Click the link, create a password, and confirm your contact information and children.

Step C: Link the Accounts Together

  1. Go back to your Staff Account.

  2. Locate your User Icon:

    • On Desktop: Top right corner.

    • On Mobile App: Top left corner.

  3. Select "Add Account".

  4. Enter your newly created Parent Account credentials.
