🚨 BIG NEWS for La Joya ISD Employees! 🚨 ✅ All employees will receive a 4% raise (based on pay grade midpoint)! 🙌 ✅ PLUS — teachers will receive additional raises thanks to the HB2 Teacher Retention Allotment! 💰 🎯 That means: 📅 3-4 years experience ➡️ $2,500 extra 📅 5+ years experience ➡️ $5,000 extra 👉 On top of the 4% raise! La Joya ISD is committed to investing in our incredible staff and rewarding the work you do every day to support our students! 🐾💛
