For generations, PACK Stadium has been a place where our community has come together to cheer on students, celebrate traditions, and create lasting memories. Today, we’re excited to share that a long-awaited upgrade is officially underway.
La Joya ISD is moving forward with a new stadium jumbotron, replacing a 17-year-old scoreboard that had reached the end of its lifespan. This upgrade has been years in the making and reflects input from our community, students, parents, educators, and district leadership.
This project isn’t just about new technology. It’s about investing in our students, creating an experience our community can be proud of, and preparing PACK Stadium for the future. From Friday night lights to community events, this upgrade brings new energy, excitement, and pride to a place that means so much to all of us.
