Clear bag policy for all shows/performances will be enforced.
Police Officers will conduct random metal detector checks.
We now offer online purchase for all ticket sales and therefore no pre-sale tickets will be sold at the Fine Arts Office.

ALL OVERTIME MUST BE PRE - APPROVED -- NO EXCEPTIONS.
Request for engineering services are based upon availability.
Any request outside normal working hours : M - F, 8 AM - 5 PM, requires an account for employee overtime fee.
Request for Services must be submitted 2 weeks PRIOR to event date.
