From April 4th to 5th, 2024, the LJHS Special Olympics athletes showcased their skills at the Area Track and Field events held at Richard Flores Stadium in Edinburg, TX. They brought home 15 Gold Medals, 7 Silver Medals, 6 Bronze Medals, 5 - 4th places finishes and 2 - 5th place finishes.
