🦁🐯🦍🦩Our second-grade students enjoyed a fantastic experience this past Saturday at the Gladys Porter Zoo in Brownsville.✨ The outing was filled with excitement as they explored diverse animal exhibits, engaged with educational displays, and created unforgettable memories with their classmates.😊 It was truly a remarkable day that fostered learning and appreciation for wildlife. 🐒🐢

🗓️📖After weeks of observing and learning about the butterfly life cycle, today was a moment of mixed emotions for our Pre-Kinder students. We were thrilled to release the butterflies, celebrating the conclusion of this captivating journey. It has been a delight to witness their curiosity blossom as they watched each stage of transformation. However, today also brought a hint of sadness as we bid farewell to our small companions.🐛🦋 ✨Tras varias semanas observando y aprendiendo sobre el ciclo de vida de las mariposas, hoy fue un día agridulce para nuestros alumnos de Pre-Kinder. Estábamos emocionados por liberarlas, marcando el final de este fascinante viaje. Ha sido una alegría ver crecer su curiosidad al observar cada etapa de su transformación, pero también nos trajo un toque de tristeza al despedirnos de nuestras amiguitas🐛🦋

PreK-3 has wrapped up their exciting tree study in the most memorable way! Thanks to the generous donations from our incredible parents, we planted four new trees on campus: blackberry, guava, lemon, and ficus. The students had a blast filling the holes with dirt and learning hands-on about nature. We also want to extend a big thank you to our amazing maintenance department for their hard work in digging the holes and helping make this event such a success. To top it all off, we enjoyed delicious fruit and juices from trees—what a beautiful way to grow together! 🌳🍋
