NOTE: Please be aware that there will be a delay in processing your Texas Public Information Act request while the school district remains closed, operates on a skeleton crew or remotely, or is otherwise impacted as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Pursuant to guidance issued by the Texas Attorney General’s Office, the allowable time period for responding to a request does not include any calendar days when the school district’s administrative offices are closed or operating with only a skeleton crew, or if the school district’s records cannot be accessed because staff is either working remotely or directly involved in the public health or epidemic response.

--Thank you for your patience.

It is the mission of the La Joya ISD Public Information Office, to develop and maintain informational communication supportive of the district’s programs through various media within the school community, and with the external print and broadcast media, thereby creating a positive and supportive environment where all students can, and will, succeed.
