Student Luis Magallan from Juarez-Lincoln High School is a migrant student that had been struggling to complete credits due to his migratory lifestyle.

Thanks to the resources provided by Sprint 1Million, the help of his counselor, Mr. Ruben Garza (pictured left) and his Migrant Lab Teacher, Ms. Marcela Campa, Luis has been able to complete all his credits for graduation while working the fields in the state of Montana!

Luis left to Montana and remotely worked with Ms. Campa through Google Classroom using his Sprint 1Million device.   He was able to complete all assignments after working the fields in the evenings and late at night using the online access provided by Sprint 1Million Project.  Luis just returned to Texas from Montana on Mother's Day weekend and is scheduled to graduate on May 28th, 2019!

Like Luis, we have many other such stories of success that are becoming reality due to the generosity of Sprint 1Million for providing our students with the resources to close the homework and achievement gap.
