Computer Service Department is located in La Joya ISD’s Central Office Building.  The Computer Services Department provides administrative application support for all 3 of the district’s divisions:  Administration and Finance, Curriculum & Instruction, Human Resources & Student Services.   The department consists of 8 staff members;  programmers and application support staff which have core skills in software programming, web design, business and student processes and integrating with other District software applications.

Data from the main administration applications extract for the 4 annual PEIMS submissions.  This data includes student, attendance, discipline, leavers, financial data and staff data.

The primary administrative applications run on the district’s servers using Skyward (SkyPac/Educator Access Plus) for the student software application and Weidenhammer (Alio) for business software application.
