As a proud graduate of La Joya ISD, Mr. Johnn V. Alaniz, was elected to serve as a LJISD Board of Trustee in 2006, and has strived to make decisions that would positively impact educational growth.
Alaniz is the current city manager of the city of Palmview, and is an active community member that gives back to the community. He is a big supporter of the district, especially in the areas of Athletics. His advice to our youth is to live life to the fullest because you only live once.
Mr. Alaniz is married to Magaly Alaniz, and they have three children, John II, Jannel and Jaedynn. |
