ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to LaJoyaISD. LaJoyaISD provide its service to you, subject to the following 'Terms of Use', which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. LaJoyaISD currently provides users with access to a rich collection of resources and services through its network of properties (the "Service"). You understand and agree that the Service is provided as "AS-IS" and that LaJoyaISD assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

Please be aware that LaJoyaISD has created certain areas on the Service that cannot be access outside La Joya ISD network system. Your computer must reside inside the La Joya ISD network to access and view such areas.

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content orginated. This means that you, and not LaJoyaISD, are entirely reponsible for all Content that you uploan, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. Under no circumstances will LaJoyaISD be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.
